Very good people working here. Incredibly beautiful place. Lovely bed in double room with a safe box, central heating, and an iron. Great and incredible position near everything in the fairly nice area. I had a really nice time at Jorgensens Hotel in Horsens. the staff were amazing, the hotel was stunning, and the room I stayed in was cozy and well-equipped. Plus, the location was fantastic, close to everything in a lovely area.

Stayed for 1 night in this nice looking place, loved that. Amazing service, though a few employees were angry. We had a double room with nice beds. The hotel had a very central position close to the train station, the main pedestrian street and many restaurants. Besides, The Hungry Tree was 5 km away from the property...

It has marvellous setting close to many restaurants. And it's short walk to the centre of Horsens, a main shopping street and the center of Copenhagen.

I appreciated staying in this nice looking and peaceful place. Overall it was great-sized with nice beds. the location was particularly good in a pedestrian area, very close to the center of Copenhagen and the restaurant for a coffee. Rewritten: I really enjoyed my stay at this lovely and tranquil hotel. the rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. the hotel's location, in a bustling pedestrian area close to the center of Copenhagen and a cozy café, was particularly convenient.

Old-world ambience, location in centre of town (but this was also a problem!), excellent breakfasts.
Location right next door to very noisy cafe/nightclub - loud music until 4am every morning. Very hot - no airconditioning, no ceiling fan (and we only found out on the last night of our stay that we could borrow a (very inefficient) fan). Lift was miles away from the reception area, up two flights of stairs. We weren't told about an alternative easier access at ground floor level. Although information book promised coffee/tea in lobby, staff at front desk knew nothing about this.

Great looking place, I really enjoyed to be here.
The a double room was new-fashioned and bright, perfect for my needs. It had an extremely comfy bed and included a large bathroom a bath and a shower. The property was right in the heart of the city.

Lovely big hotel room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and nice breakfast buffet.
Our room was on alleyway next to 2 bars. It was very, very noisy and made it difficult to sleep.

The hotel is full of character. We've stayed there three times now but we were disappointed this time. The staff were pleasant enough and but could have been more helpful. Our child was ill during the night; the receptionist gave us a long list of doctors' telephone numbers to try but did not offer any to ring on our behalf. Fortunately my wife speaks Danish but the receptionist did not know that.
I have eaten there twice in the last month and both times my meal was virtually inedible, over-cooked and over-salted.
